What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations
  • Involve in HR projects such as preparing annual budget, performance appraisal and HRIS enhancement
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments when required

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Min 4 years of human resources experience, preferably gained from international law firms or professional firms
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
