We are looking for an HR Officer to be in charge of HR related responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company and help develop an amazing team.


Responsibilities include:

  • HR issues related to HR policies and procedures, employment law and general practices
  • Handling compensations, benefits, MPF, attendance and leave administration
  • On-boarding of new employees
  • Preparing working visa applications and related documents for new and existing employees
  • Yearly appraisals, salary bench-marking and ensure high employee retention
  • Employee relations - addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and employee welfare
  • Maintain proper employee record and creating new accounts
  • Preparing HR related reports
  • Participate in HR-related projects as assigned



  • Bachelor degree, or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management
  • Bilingual (English + Cantonese)
  • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks independently in an organised manner
  • Strong ethical standards, sense of responsibility and integrity



  • Languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Immediate Availability
  • Well-versed in Local Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance

  • You are a quick and autonomous learner
