HR Operations Manager


Position Overview:

  • Oversee the daily operations of employee impacting processes including but not limited to candidate background, on-boarding, training, compensation/benefit changes and leaves of absences.
  • Oversee and serve as subject matter expert on leave management and benefits administration
  • Oversee, track and analyze exit interview process and metrics
  • Manage all aspects of the onboarding process
  • Build and manage a best in class team to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Serve as initial point of contact and liaison between Payroll, Finance and IT.
  • Monitor and maintain data input into the HRIS system and ensure its accuracy
  • Manage HR compliance requirements
  • Assist with additional HR projects as needed

What you’ll need:

  • A BS/BA degree; 5+ years of experience
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments within a complex organization
  • A strong sense of urgency and personal accountability (you take the initiative to make things happen)
  • Professionalism including the ability to make a good 1st impression and demonstrate respectful, friendly and welcoming behavior
  • Stress tolerance: composure when faced with difficult/demanding situations and/or personalities
  • Time management: attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines; arrange for back-up when not in the office; punctual
  • Ability to adapt to shifts in priorities and/or tasks
