HR & Senior Administrator

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 3 year working experience in HR & Admin field
  • Proficient in MS Office with good interpersonal and people management skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Immediately available is highly preferred


  • Assist in day to day HR and office administration duties;
  • Answering phone calls and back up reception duties
  • Responsible for human resources which include recruitment ads & selection, interview arrangement, MPF, leave & medical administration, performance management, attendance reports etc.;
  • Perform general office administration duties, including office supplies control and purchase, office equipment repair and maintenance, filing system, stationery control, couriers handling office relocation/ renovation etc.
  • Maintain accurate staff information and records in the human resource record, as well as maintenance of up-to-date personnel records;
  • Assist in preparing memos, letters as necessary;
  • Responsible for the documentary preparation and filing system
  • Organize company activities include annual dinner, Christmas part etc;
  • Support the Manager and other team member in any ad-hoc duties
