Become part of this rapidly expanding international firm as it seeks a HR Specialist (C&B) professional to establish its presence across Asia Pacific region.


  • To support full spectrum of C&B duties and HR projects to meet business strategy across Asia Pacific region.
  • To assist develop, implement and administer C&B policy and procedures and ensure countries, regional and group level C&B initiatives meet statutory requirements and align across the region
  • To assist follow up with countries HR in order to manage salary surveys, compensation analysis, benefits review, salary review and bonus exercise for all levels of staff members
  • To prepare reports in C&B related for senior management information and review
  • To assist in documentation preparation for LTI (regular list update, salary reports, acceptance letter, confirmation letters and etc) and well as update and maintain global LTI system
  • To assist in on-boarding for new employee and off-boarding for departing employees
  • To support ad-hoc projects


  • Degree graduate in HR Management or related discipline
  • Over 5 regional years' experience from multinational company in Human Resources with Compensation & Benefits Specialties
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
  • Proficiency in MS Office with good Excel and PowerPoint skill set.
  • Knowledge in using SAP / Success Factor and other HRIS is an advantage
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a MUST. Mandarin is important
  • Good analytical skills with high capacity for data, analysis and recommendations related to compensation and benefits
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication and organizational skills to handle project independently
  • A good team player with detail minded with strong numeric sense
