About this company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to team lead of staff cost team to assist on reports and analytics
  • Assist on annual budgeting, manpower planning, salary review exercise & HRIS system enhancement
  • Work closely with recruitment / HR service teams on large scale recruitment programs (e.g., Graduate Trainee Program)
  • Work closely with the team on HR projects and initiatives such as review of policy and procedure, grading structure and salary benchmarking
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • University degree holders of Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
  • With minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably experience in IT industry
  • Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Well organized and able to manage multi tasks at the same time
  • Proactive, energetic, self-motivated, a good team player with able to build relationship with all levels
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in HR systems such as Podium is a plus
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is required
  • Immediately available or with short notice period is preferred
