HR/ TA Administrator – International Law Firm – up to 20k


Our client is an international law firm with a friendly and collaborative company culture. They are currently seeking a HR Admin to join their Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for full spectrum of sourcing in both lateral and graduate recruitment. Great learning opportunities for junior individuals with minimum 1 year of experience to further develop your knowledge within the HR space.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as first point of contact for HR inquires

  • Evaluate and monitor candidate responses to advertisements

  • Organise and schedule interviews with line managers

  • Set up accounts on portals for recruiters to upload profiles

  • Support on Graduate recruitment events including law fairs and talks

  • Assist in screening process and logistics

  • Monitor HR system and recruitment inbox

  • Responsible for assigned administrative work


Experience, skills and professional attributes that our client is looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of HR (TA) experience from corporate/ professional companies

  • Preferably from legal industry

  • Proactive with strong drive and initiatives

  • Eager to learn with CANDO attitude

  • High proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
