HR Transformation Lead

  • Provide change management support on global initiatives which aim to transform the work of the human resources department
  • Create and deliver project change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and communication plans
  • Provide project management and change management support on regional strategic projects for HR
  • Support the change management efforts to transition the human resources team to a more advisory model
  • Manage team members and change champions across multiple teams/locations.
  • Ensure consistent project management and change management approach is used across the regional projects
  • Ensure regular coordination with North America and EMEA teams to align global and regional initiatives
  • Set up and support the governance of regional strategic projects.


  • Established change management and project management skills
  • Experience in driving and leading business transformation work
  • University degree and 8+ years Human Resources or Project Management experience
  • Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skills
  • Ability to build relationships across the region, partnering with team members of all levels
  • Ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
  • Overall experience in hands-on project management, preferably supporting financial services businesses
  • MS-Project, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential.
