HR Vice President (Generalist)

A fast-growing financial firm in Asset Management and Securities is looking to add a new headcount of HR Vice President to cope with recent expansion plans.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the VP will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • looking after all-rounded HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning and employee relations to support company’s growth plans and business operation
  • acting as the business partner to advise on any human capital issues with business leaders
  • overlooking daily HR operations to ensure the business needs are properly and timely met
  • taking a vital part in yearly reviews on compensations and benefits and ensuring the firm has the best practices for human resources projects

The suitable candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • minimum of 9 years experience in HR ideally in FS firms
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • excellent communication skills, detail-minded, well-organised and a team leader with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Candidates with less experiences would be considered as AVP, Human Resources
