HRA Assistant Manager (HRA)

  • Responsible for full functions of HR and Office Administration.
  • Handle payroll process, constantly review and make necessary improvement to streamline the process.
  • To arrange for staff development & compliance training program and company activities.
  • Master and maintain HRIS system to ensure accuracy of employee data and payroll information.
  • Prepare monthly employee cost analysis and improvement plan continually,
  • Manage tax calculation and filling for different countries and comply in local compliance.
  • Adopt of refine project standards, policies, procedures and methodologies.
  • Participant in ad-hoc HR & General Admin projects


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant experience.
  • Experience in Stock control in general administration will be advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Japanese is preferable.
  • Proficiency of MS Office, particularly for Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in HRIS ie: FlexSystem and HRplus
  • Immediate available is preferred.
