Job duties

  • Work closely with the regional leadership teams to support the company business plans and growth.
  • Work as an independent HRBP to support the 5 offices' HR Services across Asia, including HK, China, Singapore, Manila and Japan.
  • Build and maintain strong employer relationships with internal department and Global leadership.
  • Responsible for strategy HR, such as people planning, organization development, implementing and engagement strategies etc.
  • Assist and advise the department head with staffing, performance management, people development, succession planning and employee relations matters.
  • Partner with the leadership team on functional business issues and organizational change, leading on planning specific HR strategies in order to meet business goals.
  • Build good working relationships with the regional leadership team across all Asia and headquarter, providing support and advice on employee relations, budget management and business development.
  • Support compensation and benefits related programs, projects and initiatives for the Region.
  • Handling HR projects, identify trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as-needed.


  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' solid experience in HR business partner with senior management within a sizable multinational organization
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Independent and well organized with a proven track record of success in change management, driving organizational culture and talent development strategies
  • Experience in regional exposure is a must
  • Native English is a must
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Travel is required
