HRBP - Manager | IT Consultancy

Our client is a MNC leading IT & T consultancy with a strong presence globally. They are currently seeking a seasoned HR generalist with a strong business mindset that is able to ensure the smooth HR operation whilst implement HR initiatives. Working in a team of 4, reporting to the Head of HR and lead a subordinate.

Job descriptions:

  • Acts as a HR generalist to Handle full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits (no payroll processing involved), performance management, training and development and employee relations
  • Engage in HR plannings and management reports as assigned – manpower planning, budgeting and performance management etc.
  • Formulate HR policies & procedures in line with business expansion
  • Acts as an advisor in terms of all other employee related matters such as counselling, grievance handling, fair disciplining to ensure the best possible labour relations
  • Designs a variety of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement which includes employee relations, employee retention, employee recognition and employee wellness
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with at least 4 years in a senior position
  • Experience in MNC sizable firm or retail industry is an advantage
  • Self- motivated, detail-minded and ability to work under pressure
  • Sufficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations
