  • Responsible for end-to-end implementation of the new HR system but not limited to UAT testing, launching of the system and post-implementation support
  • To handle daily HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding , visa applications, orientation program and leave management
  • Prepare training materials for internal stakeholders regarding the new system
  • Ensure all records in the HR systems are up to date
  • Responsible for testing the new payroll system with the existing payroll system to ensure there are no discrepancy
  • Handle ad-hoc task as required



  • Degree holder preferably in Business, HRM, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors solution would be an advantage
  • Proactive with good communication skills
  • Good command in written, spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Candidates who are immediately available is highly preferred
