HRIS Projects Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams and senior management to ideate office solutions for value creation;
  • Ensure solution meet business requirements with responsive delivery with standards including architecture, delivery methodology, security coding and integration;
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, requirement formulation, design & development, testing, training, implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms;
  • Engage strategic vendors for evaluation, collaborative development of solutions from proof-of-concept to realization;
  • Collaborate with technology infrastructure teams for addressing seamless integration and protection of business data;
  • Lead the application team in resolving incidents in mission-critical production systems and facilitate sustained operation & continuous improvement upon go-live.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years or more experience in implementing HRIS OR enterprise solution preferable in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday;
  • Solid project development experience in HR Application and Local Payroll System;
  • Experience on data warehousing, design and development on any BI tools;
  • Experience on Integration with various system and workflow system;
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes, write effective functional requirement and system design documentation with logical communication skill;
  • Strong commitment to quality work and project timeline;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
