HRIS Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the development of HRIS;
  • Participate in the development cycle including user requirement  analysis, system implementation and enhancement, UAT and user training;
  • Work with suppliers to overcome problems and ensure requirement is met;
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and operation manuals;
  • Act as lead contact point for liaising with vendors, system integrators and BUs representatives as required;
  • Lead on core HR systems projects with major programmes of work as required;
  • Undertake research in industry and HR technology trends, solutions and the pros and cons of various solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, e.g. HR Management, Information Technology, etc.;
  • 4+ years of HR experience, including HR technology experience (working with HR solution design and implementation);
  • Experience in working with core HRIS platforms, and work on the design, maintenance and / or launching of HR technology advantageous;
  • Strong achievement orientation;
  • Excellent communication and organising skills;
  • Detail oriented, manages his/her time effectively, and works well under tight deadlines.
