Our client is a worldwide Logistics and Express Delivery company. They are expanding their business to Hong Kong and building a team. They’re now hiring: 

Hub Operation Manager 

Job Description  

1. Daily management of Delivery allocations and partnering with service provider to ensure we appropriate driver head count to meet sales volume;

2. Responsible for ensuring that departments meet or exceed performance requirements in the areas of safety, shortage, cost control, quality, processing standards, flexibility, reliability, customer service and execution to plan;

3. Continually analyse work processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement process improvements

4. Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures;

5. Improve employees' work skills and standardize operating policies;

6. Real-time monitoring of on-site conditions, ensuring that the 6S management of on-site operations meets standards;

7.Reasonably arrange shifts and supervise the use of on-site production materials.


1. More than 5 years of experience in team management;

2. Working experience in e-commerce warehousing and express distribution centres is preferred;

3. Specific process optimization and lean production management experience are preferred;

4. Good communication and coordination skills, management experience, and development potential.
