The Benefits and Wellness team provides high value benefits packages across 14 locations with a focus on engagement, innovation, education and local compliance. We work closely with vendor partners and expert advisors to provide a high quality offering to employees.
The ideal candidate will leverage their substantial wellness expertise to design, deliver and manage a comprehensive range of best-in-class wellness programs to over 4,000 employees across the region, working with other internal groups (e.g., Legal, Tax, Finance, and the Vendor Management Office). You will also be partnering with global counterparts in Americas, EMEA and India as well as colleagues across the HCM function to develop and implement regional and global policies and initiatives.
