Job Description

Roles:

To assist Human Capital Department to lead and manage a C&B team.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist in leading a C&B team to provide accurate and on-time payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax filing, medical and other C&B administration;
  • Assist in benchmarking exercise, annual salary reviews and bonus payout process throughout the company;
  • Prepare periodic reports, budgets and statistics for management review;
  • Assist to review and streamline the payroll and other C&B policies and procedures;
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave record;
  • To comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty;
  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of self and of others;
  • Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company;
  • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned.

Capabilities and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent;
  • Experienced - minimum 3 years of job-related experience required;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other HR related legislation;
  • Responsive and proactive in handling HR issues;
  • Keen analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to perform under pressure;
  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements;
  • Effective communications skills;
  • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow; Strong mentoring and coaching skills; Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills; Ability to foster teamwork among team members;
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), and IT skills;
  • Good understanding of key stakeholder functions including safety, security, flight operations and finance;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
