Responsible for assisting in HR functions mainly in: recruitment and selection, staff movement, training, performance management, employee relationship.
Support Human Resources function, benefits administration; attendance and leave, employees’ record, reports, employee relations etc.
Assisting in regularly reports, such as staff turnover, monthly headcount, exit interview, etc.
Office procurement, maintenance & clerical support
Responsible for office administration such as: facility maintenance and repair management etc.
Support in organizing company functions and activities
Maintain and update HR system, filing and data entry
Monitor and administer all the bills and invoices in administrative affairs
Assist in company events such as company tour, annual dinner function, Christmas Party etc.
Provide day-to-day support to the team
Perform ad-hoc assignments
University Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
At least 4 years experience in HR or administrative function
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Chinese, Excel
Fluency in written & spoken in English and Mandarin
Able to communicate with all levels of staff
