Human Resource and Administration Assistant

  • Assist general human resource and office administrative duties
  • Data entry, filing , interview arrangement , prepare employment contract and office clerk duties
  • Maintain updated data base
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with support teams
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Cert holder in HRM or business-related disciplines
  • Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Understanding in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded, willing to learn, good inter-personal and communication skills
