A famous and well-funded PRC financial institution is looking for an Human Resources Assistant to join them to manage their aggressively expanding Hong Kong office. 

Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements, particularly in HK and the Greater China area.

Experience from Financial firms will be an advantage. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic HR and administration functions
  • Provide full spectrum of HR and Administration support and services to different department, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, staff relations and performance management, etc.
  • Help recruit personnel for front office
  • Implement and review HR policies & procedures
  • Handle ad hoc projects when required 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or other related
  • At least 2 years Human Resources working experience in bank, investment assets management firm, security firms, etc.
  • Working experience in Chinese Firm is preferred
  • Excellent Mandarin, good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented team player with positive work attitude
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and people management skills
  • Well - versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
