 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be a key strategic business partner and an integral part of the executive team 
  • Responsible to drive, develop and implement all human resources policies, programs and practices across the businesses within this Group and will lead the team to deliver a first class HR service for an organization planning for considerate future growth
  • In close partnership with the various business heads across the organization you will further develop and leverage strategic HR best practices and provide initiatives to enhance performance in areas such as resourcing, talent management, succession planning for C-suite executives, learning and organizational development, employee relations and compensation & benefits
  • Actively involved in talent acquisition and manpower planning
  • Lead and manage a whole range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach.
  • Accountable for establishing strong and effective lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders as required

 

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 12 years of solid HR working experience in sizeable MNC;
  • Strong expertise in compensations and benefits;
  • Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills with strong business acumen;
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred.
