  • Perform interviews & selection process for candidates, manage and organize the internal information resources
  • To handle the full set of recruitment cycle from getting openings to providing offer
  • Maintain a good relationship with our Business Unit by providing professional hiring solution
  • Provide career advisory services to candidates
  • Building professional relationship with candidates through warm calls
  • Managing the interview process in an effective and professional manner and provide professional advice to both clients and candidates
  • Keep abreast with market information, employment trends and industry knowledge
  • Work as part of a team to achieve team goals and objectives



  • Diploma holder with any disciplines. 
  • At least 1 years of sales, business development or recruitment experience with a service mindset. 
  • Fresh Graduate with strong language skills with passion and ambition in recruitment industry will be considered. 
  • Working experience or knowledge in IT industry / T-Contract would be definitely advantage
  • Must be result driven, positive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin; both written and spoken
