  • Provide all rounded HR responsibilities to the team including but not limited to;
  • Support recruitment process from screening CVs, arranging interviews and liaising with agencies;
  • Assist in administering payrolls liaising with payroll vendors;
  • Prepare new-hire packages and arrange induction meetings for new employees;
  • Handle visa applications and extensions for employees and their dependants;
  • Assist with employee handbooks and training programs;
  • Provide support to employee relations including handling complaints and welfare of colleagues;
  • Other ad-hoc admin and HR tasks as assigned.


  • At least 3-4 years relevant HR experience at financial service
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;
  • Can take initiative and work independently when required with minimal supervision;
  • Organized and quick to respond to tasks;
  • Knows how to multitask and prioritize important tasks;
  • Diligent, accepts new challenges and able to think outside the box;
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Bachelor degree is required.
