HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN MANAGER – US toys trading/5 days (TST)

  • Dongguan office : 120 staff (40 HK staff + 80 Mainland Chinese staff)

  • We are looking for   HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN MANAGER    – with details as follows :  



  • Degree holder or above, preferably in HR or Business related disciplines
  • At least 8 years of HR & administrative working experience; 
  • Possess human resources experience in manufacturing company; 
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing 
  • Well versed in China labour ordinance and practice
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently; 
  • A team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
  • Report to the CFO
  • Fully responsible for all human resources & office administrative duties of both Hong Kong office and Dongguan office
  • Managing all-round both Hong Kong and China office administrative issue, procedures & manuals, office purchases , office facilities etc.; 
  • Handling staff medical insurance, compensation, staff attendance record and other benefits; 
  • Responsible for Administrative and company function (including hotel booking, company printed matter,  organizes company activities and event) 
  • Responsible for human resources issues (including recruitment & contract signing, etc.) in China; 
  • Promoting and arranging creative; 
  • Preparing analysis and reconciling reports; 
  • Performing ad hoc projects and assignment when required
  • Frequent Dongguan trip is required (5 mins walk from railway station)  
  • 5 days work     
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
