Human Resources & Admin Officer

Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for full spectrum of human resources function but not limit to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, tax filing, staff records maintenance, leave record update and working visa arrangement for expatriate.
  • Handle general office administration duties, including meeting arrangement, office equipment & facilities maintenance, office relocation and renovation, security, regular housekeeping, replenishment of office supplies and office equipment purchase and so on.

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline.
  • 5 years or above experience of HR Administration and office management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
