• Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in hotel industry
• Well-versed with employment-related ordinances
• Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
• Computer literate with hands on experience in HRMS with good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Higher diploma in human resources management or hotel management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Handle recruitment process included job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of qualification, etc
• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including staff’s payroll calculation, MPF administration, taxation matters, medical claim and leave records maintenance, etc
• Provide support to general office administration such stationary order
• Prepare minutes for regular meetings
• Work well with associates at all levels
• Assist in setting up HR guideline
