Job duty

  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting guest and visitors in good manner, mailings and courier arrangements
  • Office and factory equipment and supplies control
  • Handle document distribution, scanning & filing
  • To ensure on time collection of attendance data
  • Provide clerical support to the daily operation and the ad hoc projects of HR & Admin. Department


  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Pleasant and polite, detail-minded, able to work independently
  • Strong communication skill and able to deal with staff at all levels
  • Proficient in MS office, advanced user of Excel preferred
  • Basic knowledge on graphic artwork is an advantage
  • Working Location: Sheung Shui & Tai Po
