- Perform receptionist duties including greeting guest and visitors in good manner, mailings and courier arrangements
- Office and factory equipment and supplies control
- Handle document distribution, scanning & filing
- To ensure on time collection of attendance data
- Provide clerical support to the daily operation and the ad hoc projects of HR & Admin. Department
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Pleasant and polite, detail-minded, able to work independently
- Strong communication skill and able to deal with staff at all levels
- Proficient in MS office, advanced user of Excel preferred
- Basic knowledge on graphic artwork is an advantage
- Working Location: Sheung Shui & Tai Po
