Job Responsibilities

  • Report to the Executive Director of HR & Administration Department
  • Organize staff engagement, company activities and meetings
  • Compile and prepare various routine reports, analysis, and presentation materials
  • Organize and administer various employee’s surveys
  • Help organization lunch time training and learning sessions and related coordination
  • Assist in handling recruitment related matters, interview arrangement, job posting
  • Schedule and arrange New Joiner’s Orientation
  • Leave administration and reporting
  • Team backup function including reception services
  • Work closely with Beijing counterparts
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Master degree holder in Human Resources Management. Associate member of IHRM/SHRM preferred
  • A people person with strong sense of customer focus
  • Strong drive in performance and accountability and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Good communication skills and command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
  • Good at MS applications, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, and Visio
