Human Resources & Administration Manager / Assistant Manager - C&B Sector (30-40K) (Ref 012)

Our client, a well-established food product retailer, is currently search for high caliber professional to join them.



  • As a team leader to supervise C&B team to provide C&B services, including payroll operations, benefit and taxation administration
  • Participate in various C&B related projects, programs and assignments such as insurance plans, incentive programs, retirement plans and other HR initiatives as assigned consistent with the organization’s overall reward strategy
  • Handle staff enquiries and other HR ad-hoc duties in compliance with the Company’s policies, Legislation and HR related Ordinances
  • Provide advice and solutions of C&B matters to line managers
  • Prepare regular C&B reports and review
  • General administration work


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant HR & Admin working experience
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong labor ordinance is a must
  • Exposure in Retail industry is a definite advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available / short notice period is highly preferred
