Human Resources & Administration Officer

Job Duties :

• Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, taxation, organizing staff activities, etc.
• Prepare periodical reports with analysis
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

• Diploma or above, with 3 years Human Resources experience
• Proficiency in MS office application with English and Chinese word processing
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Good team player and with good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure

Human Resources & Administration Assistant

Job Duties :

• Provide clerical and administrative support, e.g. secretary duties, filing, internal staff communication
• Assist daily operation and handling documentary work
• Data entry and checking, e.g. attendance, leave record
• Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements :

• F.5 or above, preferably with 1 year clerical experience
• Basic computer knowledge such as Ms Office applications – Word and Excel
• Possess Chinese word-processing speed of 30 words/minute and English word-processing speed of 40 words/minute
• Able to work independently
