Human Resources & Administration Officer (Attractive Package)

Our Clients, an IT solution provider is looking for a high calibre to join the group.


  • Assist in handling staff Recruitment and Remuneration, Interviews and Employment Contract, Termination related
  • Assist in handling staff Compensation & Benefits including Remuneration Packages, Promotion & Welfare Benefits, Payroll/Performance Appraisal/Bonus calculation and Provident fund related etc.
  • Assist in producing all salaries taxation related Tax Return to HK Governance & follow-up with staff
  • Assist in handling staff counselling andarranging training if needed
  • To handle general administration duties


  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3 years experience in operating HR & administration
  • Good knowledge in Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and related HR regulations by HK Gov’t
  • Good knowledge in MS Office application skills and database operations
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Japanese is an advantage
