Human Resources & Administration Officer

  • Assist to perform full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment & selection, payroll calculation, staff orientation, etc.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly HR reports
  • Assist to organize company activities, such as birthday party, annual dinner, etc.
  • Assist in reviewing & implementing HR & Admin policies and procedures
  • Some general office & shop administration duties
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experiences, preferably in all rounded HR & Admin functions
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinances
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) 
  • Experience in computerised HR system would be an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availabile or short notice is highly preferred
  • More experience can apply for Senior HR & Administration Officer
