Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in HR functions, such as recruitment, compensation and benefit, training & development, performance management and employee relations.
  • Support in organizing company functions and activities.
  • Maintain and update HR system, filing and data entry.
  • Provide office administration support.
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • 3 years or above experience in Human Resources and Administration function.
  • Candidates with experience in Construction & Engineering industry will be an advantage
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes and other employment-related legislations.
  • Proficient in use of computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
