Human Resources & Administration Officer

ASANA 360 GLOBAL LIMITED

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources & Administration, you are an all-round HR professional and will assist in the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions and daily operations


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the talent acquisition process including but not limited to arranging job posting through various recruitment platforms, CV screening, selection & interview, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding formalities;
  • Liaise with respective departments managers/line supervisors regarding talent acquisition logistics;
  • Assist in payroll processing and office administration;
  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of timely and accurate analytical reports for senior management;
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience;
  • Well versed in local employment ordinances is preferred;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
  • Good communication skills and have “can-do" attitude;
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Office) is a MUST;
  • Immediately available would be a definite advantage.
