Job Responsibilities

  • Perform end to end HK & China recruitment from drafting job advertisement, screening resumes, arranging and conducting interview to offer delivery and on boarding
  • Manage and review various sourcing channels
  • Update personal details and attendance record in HR systems
  • Handle administrative duties, e.g. organize company events
  • Prepare regular payroll reports
  • Handle ad hoc HR projects and tasks as required  
  • Travel to CHN office on occasion

Job Requirements

  • Form 7 or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years related experience
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Has knowledge about PRC Labour Law is preferable but not a must
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Mature, stable, hardworking and good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources and Administration Officer 
  • Immediate available is preferred
Alternate Saturday, Double pay, Medical, Annual leave, Bonus
