Provide full spectrum of Human Resources and Office Administration support;
Provide comprehensive HR services including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement ;
Ensure HR functions in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and China local regulations;
Responsible for Administrative duties such as general Office Administration, procurements, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies, etc;
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.
Degree in human resources management, business administration or related disciplines;
At least 5 years HR & Admin management experience in which min 3 years in F&B Companies ;
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
People-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently;
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Immediate available is highly preferred.
