Human Resources & Administrative Manager

Evangel Hospital

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise the HR & Admin. Departments to handle full spectrum of HR & Admin. functions including but not limited to recruitment, training, employee relations and office administration
  • Review pay structure, pay policies, benefits, performance management systems regularly to maintain a competitive remuneration package for attracting and retaining talents
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related ordinances and regulations
  • Improve operational efficiency across all HR & Admin. functions
  • Organize staff activities to enhance employee engagement
  • Provide secretariat support to various hospital Committees
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Preferred Attributes :
  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management / Healthcare Management or equivalent is preferred
  • At least 5 years' managerial / supervisory experience in human resources and administrative functions with prior working experience in private hospital or healthcare industry
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge in employment-related ordinances and human resources policies and practices
  • Good interpersonal, motivational and influencing skill
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Human Resources & Administrative Manager
