Human Resources & Administrative Manager

Camlux Hotel 君立酒店

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR services, payroll & MPF and office administration works
  • Develops, executes and reviews HR policies and procedures and be responsible for implementing, monitoring and following up for non-compliance cases
  • Keeps abreast of market development on staff's remuneration and benefits trend and provides recommendation for staff retention
  • Prepares HR budget and management reports
  • Takes up ad hoc projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in human resources, hotel management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' HR management experience with at least 2 years at managerial level, preferably in hotel industry
  • Well-versed in HR related ordinances and tax regulations
  • Good communication skills and proficient in MS office
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Less experience candidate will consider as Assistant Human Resources & Administrative Manager
