Human Resources & Administrative Officer (for Financial Institution)

  • Provide human resources (esp. for recruitment / training) and office administration support to the Group
  • Responsible for interview coordination and the whole hiring process
  • Responsible for staff insurance administration and other HR duties


  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year human resources and administrative experience
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & MPF Scheme Ordinance
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Officer
