Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new hire joining and terminations formalities, record and data management
  • Handles medical insurance claims and employee enquiries
  • Administers payment and cash receipt related issues for HR team’s expenses/ reimbursement
  • Maintains and updates human resources records in HR databases
  • Maintains employee records, personnel files and documentation
  • Completes regular / ad hoc government surveys
  • Handles and organizes HR properties including welcome kit, books, posters and etc.
  • Supports ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
  • Prepares HR reports monthly/quarterly

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Good command of both English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • A team player with mature character and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good excel skills are preferred.
  • Attentive to details, well-organized, proactive and passionate about delivering good quality service with a flexible can-do attitude.
