Human Resources Administrator


Job Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end recruitment service for entry level positions from understanding client's requirement
Source and screen candidates
Negotiation with candidates and offer negotiation
Maintain accurate and complete records, including job orders and candidate profiles
Research and provide updated information on designated industry

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Fresh Graduate with prior experience are welcome
Basic knowledge in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, Personal (Data) Privacy Ordinance, and other related ordinance and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office
Willing to learn, proactive and ambitious attitude
Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills are a must
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
