Human Resources Administrator


  • 5-day week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment service for entry level positions from understanding client's requirement
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Negotiation with candidates and offer negotiation
  • Maintain accurate and complete records, including job orders and candidate profiles
  • Research and provide updated information on designated industry

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Fresh Graduate with prior experience are welcome
  • Basic knowledge in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, Personal (Data) Privacy Ordinance, and other related ordinance and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willing to learn, proactive and ambitious attitude
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills are a must
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
