We are seeking a diligent Human Resources Coordinator to join our People Services (Human Resources) team, supporting multiple stakeholders across Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your solid Human Resources experience coupled with exceptional recruitment skills to support Aesop’s growth and contribute to the global HR strategy.


  • Provide timely and accurate HR generalist advice to multiple stakeholders in different locations. This includes but is not limited to: recruitment, policy, training, systems and performance management.
  • Ensure employee data in HRIS (Workday) is accurate and maintained daily. Workday or other HRIS experience will be highly regarded
  • Recruitment: Strong advertising, screening, shortlisting and candidate management skills
  • Support Retail Operations with rostering system/ queries
  • Provide support to external payroll vendors as needed
  • Support Human Resources Administration activities as required

  • Human Resources experience in a retail environment will be highly regarded


  • Tertiary qualifications or studying towards in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 3 + years’ experience in Human Resources
