Manage full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions
Assist to review and implement human resources policies and procedures
Provide HR advice to the senior management, understanding the operation and needs for manpower planning
To ensure all HR and Administration processes are delivered effectively and highly committed to provide quality, cost effectiveness and professional service to all levels
Consolidate HR data and prepare various reports for management review
Requirements: -
Degree or above in HRM, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years of relevant HR and administration experience gained preferably in manufacturing industry
Well-versed in Hong Kong employment law and related regulations
Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in HR systems is a plus
Mature, pleasant personality, high integrity, self-motivated
Well organized, detail-minded, flexible, able to work under pressure
Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Immediately available is highly preferred
