Human Resources and Administration Manager

Easy Large Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensations & benefits, tax reporting, employee relations, performance management, training and other Administrative functions;
  • Providing professional HR advisory services with operational support to the business units;
  • Analyze, identify and develop effective HR and Administrative strategies, policies and procedures to support the business needs in achieving business goals and visions;
  • Identify and source new recruitment channels;
  • Coordinate company events and employees activities; and
  • Lead and participate any other ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 8 years or above solid HR generalist experiences with at least 3 years at managerial level;
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Knowledge and experience in HRIS is an advantage;
  • Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule; and
  • Able to work independently and communicate well with people of diverse background
