Responsibilities:

  • Manage all-round HR responsibilities including recruitment, C&B, HR operation etc.
  • Develop and manage pay structure, staff performance system and bonus schemes for attracting and retaining quality staff
  • Develop & review HR policies and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations in Hong Kong
  • Administrate payroll, final payment, MPF, medical insurance, staff data records etc
  • Manage all office administration services and perform ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6 years all rounded HR experience
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations
  • Well organized, strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill and positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
