Human Resources and Administration Manager

Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations
  • Formulate and implement ation of HR Policies & P rocedures
  • Handle annual HR projects such as Annual Salary Review, Performance Appraisal
  • Handle ad hoc projects or initiatives at the corporate level
  • Manage day-to-day admin functions in an efficient and effective manner
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:  
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources fields, preferably in retail industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills
  • Independent, initiative, well-organized, with flexible personality, able to work under fast pace environment, good team player, and good people skills
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
