Human Resources and Administration Manager


Job Responsibility

  • Reporting to the Head of HRA to provide support on Human Resources and Administration services, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, training & development, employee relations and administration;
  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B duties including but not limited to payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration;
  • Handle annual C&B exercises and manage projects related to C&B functions, including HR&Adm budget etc;
  • Build up and maintain good relationships and provide support to all employees,organizing staff events / parties;
  • Handling ad hoc assignments. 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above with at least 6 years’ experience in HR area, preferably gained from Real Estate and related industry. Chinese background firm exposure is a strong plus;
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in C&B;
  • Solid knowledge in Hong Kong employment ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment;
  • Strong values of accountability, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Organized, detailed, able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules/ deadlines;
  • Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
