Human Resources and Administration Officer

  • Provide comprehensive HR services including recruitment, candidate sourcing, compensation and benefits, payroll, MPF, taxation and administration.
  • Staff relations, policy and procedures development, legislative compliance, clerical and administrative support
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations, properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leave, etc.)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews and conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Manage the general office administration relating to maintenance, services, equipment and stationary.
  • Manage the operating costs to ensure low operating costs and administrative expenses are within budget and conform to policy.  
  • Assist the management to formulate and implement guidelines and policies that enrich internal control.  
  • Co-ordinate company events, staff activities and travel.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.


  • University Graduate or equivalent in human resources management or business related disciplines, with 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and conversation level Putonghua.  
  • Able to work methodically and accurately, you will be able to handle multiple tasks and have good organisation skills.  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate: experience with HRIS/ HRMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Well versed in the Employment Ordinance, Taxation regulations and other HR related legislation in Hong Kong
